As seen in the 2021 Hoosier Film Festival! This film primarily aimed to take classic tropes and execute them with very limited crew and time. From start to finish, this project was locked in under 72 hours, This limit presented challenging exercise to constantly choose what shots to prioritize, polish, etc.
Due to the nature of this project, many of us were involved in all aspects of the film. My focuses were the shot list and post-production. At the time of filming there was no dedicated audio equipment, and problem-solving the audio during the outside scenes especially were interesting challenges. Combining the director's style with the sound director's musical selection to create a persistent soundscape was something that set this short film apart from rest of the portfolio collection.
